Tactical Exercises of GTEP
(Tbilisi, September 9, 2002 Civil Georgia) – Tactical military exercises in the frames of Georgia Train-and-Equip Program started at Krtsanisi camp, near Tbilisi.
Commando battalion of 443 servicemen and up to 50 officers will be trained for six months there.
The US instructors will train Commando, Mountain, Light Infantry and Special Forces battalions one after another during the third phase of GTEP.
