Parliamentary Session on Abkhazia

(Tbilisi, March 14, Civil Georgia) – Georgian Parliamentary session is to discuss situation in Abkhazia beyond the closed doors on March 14.

Avtandil Jorbenadze, the State Minister and Malkhaz Kakabadze, Special Affairs Minister will make report on the issue.

Parliamentarians intend to adopt several resolutions on Abkhazia; genocide of Georgians in Abkhazia and status of this breakaway region within the Georgina state will be among them.

Status of Abkhazia is not determined with the Georgian constitution at the moment.
