Georgia Holds Consultations on Russian Military Bases
(Tbilisi, February 1, Civil Georgia) – Georgian and Russian military experts together with the representatives of Foreign Affairs Ministries renewed consultations on the withdrawal of Russian military bases from Georgia on February 1.
Russian side claims that 14 years are necessary to withdraw Akhalkalaki, South Georgia and Batumi, Autonomous Republic of Ajara military bases.
Georgian authorities demand from Russia to pull out the bases within 3 years.
