Pro-Reformers Coalition is Formed in the Parliament

(Tbilisi. November 7. Civil Georgia) – Factions the Industrialist and the Majoritarians – Georgian Regions formed a new parliamentary coalition uniting 35 MPs.

New coalition initiates consultations with both candidates on the post of the Parliamentary Chairmanship Nino Burjanadze and Vazha Lordkipanidze today.

“The Industrialists will support Nino Burjanadze in any case,” one of the leaders of the Industrialists Zurab Tkemaladze stated on November 6. Nino Burjanadze represents reformers’ team in the legislative branch.

The Parliament is to elect Chairman on November 9.
