Putin Comments on Georgia’s Rose Revolution

Russian President Vladimir Putin said, after meeting with leaders of France, Germany and Spain on March 18 in Paris, that all political problems should be solved ?in constitutional frames? only and recalled Georgia?s 2003 Rose Revolution.
