Georgia’s PM Visits Azerbaijan

Georgia’s PM Irakli Garibashvili met Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku on December 16.

Garibashvili is paying a two-day visit to Azerbaijan – his first foreign trip since taking PM’s office.

Georgian PM’s office said issues of “strategic cooperation” between the two countries was discussed during the meeting.

PM Garibashvili will address a conference on stage 2 of developing Azerbaijan’s offshore Shah Deniz gas field.
