Georgian-Turkish Border Guards’ Joint Exercise in Samtskhe-Javakheti

(Tbilisi, March 19, Civil Georgia) – Joint Georgian-Turkish border guards’ military exercise is held in Samtskhe-Javakheti, southern region of Georgia bordering with Turkey on March 19.

Border Guard Services of two countries train on eradication of illegal migration and smuggling on the Turkish-Georgian border.

The exercise was planned during the visit of the delegation of general staff of Turkish armed forces last week.
