Georgian Energy Minister to Meet Gazprom CEO
Georgia’s Energy Minister and Deputy PM, Kakha Kaladze, will meet chief executive of Russian gas monopoly Gazprom, Alexei Miller, on December 8.
The meeting will be held in Luxembourg, the Georgian Energy Ministry said in a brief announcement on Tuesday morning.
It will be the third meeting between Kaladze and Miller since late September.
According to the Georgian Energy Ministry, extending agreement on transit of Russian gas to Armenia via Georgia and supply of additional volumes of natural gas to Georgia were discussed at the previous meetings.
