Georgian Foreign Minister to Visit Germany
Georgia’s Foreign Minister, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, will be visiting Berlin on October 26-28, where he will meet his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
During the visit, Kvirikashvili, who is also the deputy PM, will also meet Chancellor Angela Merkel’s foreign and security policy adviser Christoph Heusgen, according to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
Kvirikashvili, who was the Minister of Economy before becoming the Foreign Minister, also plans meetings with leadership of the Eastern Europe Business Association of Germany and the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations, business lobby groups representing German industry in eastern Europe.
