PM Merabishvili, NSC Chief Visit Brussels

Georgian delegation led by PM Vano Merabishvili is visiting Brussels, government’s press office said on Monday.

PM Merabishvili is accompanied Secretary of National Security Council (NSC) Giga Bokeria and newly appointed State Minister for Euro-Atlantic Integration Tornike Gordadze.

The Georgian PM was due to meet with EU Commissioner for Enlargement Stefan Füle and then with President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy on September 3.

PM Merabishvili also addressed political assembly of the European People’s Party in which Georgia’s ruing United National Movement party is an observer member.
