Ministries Authorized to Issue Grants

The Parliament approved on October 13 with its third and final hearing an amendment to the law on grants, which allows government ministries to issue grants for various projects.

According to the law, along with the governmental structures, recipients of grants may be Georgian citizens, or holders of neutral IDs and neutral travel documents, as well as legal entities of public law and non-governmental organizations.
