Ambassador to Canada Approved

The Parliament approved on May 5 Levan Metreveli as Georgian ambassador to Canada.

Previously Georgia’s ambassador to the United States, based in Washington covered Canada.

Most recently Levan Metreveli, who was the member of the Parliament from the ruling party in 2004-2008, served as Georgian ambassador to Romania.
