Two Georgians Among Iran Plane Crash Victims

Two Georgian citizens were among passengers aboard of a plane which crashed in northwest Iran on July 15, an official from the Georgian embassy in Armenia, told Rustavi 2 TV.

The passenger plane bound for Armenian capital, Yerevan from Tehran carried 168 people aboard; all of them are feared to have died in the crash.

One of the Georgian citizens was an employee of the Georgian embassy in Armenia and another one wife of the Georgian diplomat working in Tehran, according to the Georgian embassy official.
