Policeman Injured in Shooting at Abkhaz Border
A Georgian policeman was injured after a police post in the village of Koki, at the Abkhaz administrative border came under fire at 5am local time on January 18, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) said.
"Fire was opened from the Russian occupied territory," the Ministry said and added that grenade launcher was also used in the attack.
