Georgian FM: Medvedev’s Statement Marks Russia’s Aggressive Policy
Russia continues its “aggressive policy” and President Medvedev’s remarks during his state of the nation address on November 5 has underlined that, Eka Tkeshelashvili, the Georgia’s foreign minister, said on November 6.
“Russia continues to pursue such a policy that can only be called aggressive,” she said. “And those allegations, which were made during Medvedev’s speech and very concrete aspects of these allegations including in respect of neighboring states naturally confirm that Russia’s policy has not undergone any changes.”
She was speaking with journalists before departing to Greece on November 6, where she will hold talks with her Greek counterpart, Dora Bakoyannis.
