Georgia Says Russia Deploys 10,000 Troops in S.Ossetia

Russia has sent 300 tanks and other type of armored vehicles and about 10,000-strong forces in breakaway South Ossetia, the Rustavi 2 TV reported quoting Georgian officials.

Georgian forces pulled out from Tskhinvali as a result of heavy overnight fighting and the Georgian official said Russian troops were in control of the breakaway region’s capital.
