Georgia in State of War with Russia – Saakashvili

President Saakashvili said Georgia was in state “of war with Russia” and added “Georgia will not be defeated no matter what.”

"I call for an immediate ceasefire," Saakashvili said at a news briefing. "Russia has launched a full scale military invasion of Georgia."
