PM Comments on Opposition’s Protest

Georgian Prime Minister, Lado Gurgenidze, said while commenting on the opposition’s planned protest rallies and decision to boycott the new parliament that such processes would only contribute to goals of Georgia’s “ill-wishers.”

 “The more Georgia comes closer to its Euro-Atlantic destination, the more existing challenges will intensify. It is a natural process. Our ill-wishers will naturally spare no efforts to prevent us from achieving our final goal. But we will achieve this goal and achieve it together, through the consolidation of the entire nation around our key values.”
