EU Special Envoy Visits Georgia

European Union?s special envoy to the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie arrived in Tbilisi on August 23 to discuss the situation in breakaway South Ossetia with the Georgian authorities. 

Heikki Talvitie will also visit the South Ossetian capital of Tskhinvali and hold talks with the local authorities of the self-styled republic.
