GEL 100,000 Bounty Offered for Capturing Rebel Warlord

The Georgian Interior Ministry announced on July 27 that it is offering GEL 100 000 (about USD 56 000) as a reward for valuable information leading to the capture of warlord Emzar Kvitsiani.

Officials said that Kvitsiani and several of his fighters are in upper Kodori Gorge.
