Governor of Imereti Replaced

Chief prosecutor in western Georgia, Mikheil Chogovadze, has replaced Akaki Bobokhidze on the post of governor of Imereti region.

Bobokhidze had to resign as he runs as a ruling party’s majoritarian MP candidate in the Kutaisi single-mandate constituency.
