Opposition Leaders Meet Head of Georgian Orthodox Church

Opposition leaders from the nine-party coalition and the New Rights and Labor parties met the Patriarch of the Georgian Orthodox Church, Ilia II, on January 10.

The leaders were tight-lipped after the meeting, saying only that the main message coming from the head of the church was to avoid confrontation.
