Opposition Demands Immediate Talks with Burjanadze

Opposition leaders said they wanted to meet with Parliamentary Chairperson, Nino Burjanadze, to discuss their demands.

Opposition said they would wait for the Burjanadze?s response till 6 pm local time. They, however, did not specify what will be the next step if no meeting takes place by that time.

Meanwhile, Nino Burjanadze meets senior lawmakers from the ruling party.
