‘Provocations will not Derail Georgia’s Progress’ – Saakashvili
Despite permanent “attacks and provocations” Georgia will continue on its path of progress and development, President Saakashvili said on November 1.
“These provocations and attacks aim at only one goal – to derail us and put an end to Georgia. Whatever obstacles are created, we should reach our final destination. Not a single rebuilding project will be stopped, we will build new hospitals, railways, schools, airports and the most importantly our people will live in much better conditions,” he said.
Saakashvili was speaking at an opening ceremony of a new railway station linking the Tbilisi airport with the city.
On October 31 President Saakashvili was in Kutaisi, the Georgia’s second larges city, where he announced launch of a large-scale rehabilitation project for the old party of Kutaisi.
