OSCE Chair Appoints Envoy to Look into Missile Incident

The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, has appointed Miomir Zuzul as his personal representative to look into the missile incident that took place on 6 August.

Miomir Zuzul, who is a former Croatian foreign minister, will travel to Georgia and Russia early next week, the OSCE press office reported on August 17. He will be joined by the charge d?affaires of the Spanish Permanent Mission to the OSCE, Arturo Perez Martinez.
