The opposition leaders also acquainted foreign diplomats with their joint statement signed on June 30, in which they demanded holding of the election of the Tbilisi City Council ? Sakrebulo through a proportional, party-list system, otherwise warned they will consider boycotting of the local self-governance elections scheduled for this autumn.
