Giorgadze’s Party Rallies

A group of activists from Justice Party, led by wanted fugitive ex-security chief Igor Giorgadze, rallied in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi and Zugdidi on May 26 to demand President Saakashvili resignation.

Several activists were reportedly arrested after protesters clashed with police in Zugdidi, a town in western region of Samegrelo.
