Business Consultancy Network to Help Small Enterprises
Five business support organizations have been set up in Tbilisi and in four other towns throughout Georgia to help promote small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in the country in frames of the SME Support Project implemented by the International Executive Service Corps (IESC) and supported by USAID.
The network of business support organizations in Tbilisi, Zugdidi, Kutaisi, Batumi and Telavi is designed to provide business consultations on regulatory and legislative issues, management, business planning and borrowing, informational services, investment and trade promotion services, relevant training, agribusiness support and any other business development assistance as required, the IESC reported on April 17.
