North Ossetian Leader Speaks of Union with South Ossetia

Unification of South and North Ossetian Republicans is “inevitable,” Teimuraz Mamsurov, leader of the Russia’s North Ossetian Republic told Interfax news agency on March 23.

“The only question is when and how will it happen. It would have been possible to forecast something if there were a steady government in Georgia,” Mamsurov said.
