Human Right Groups Call to Honk Against Interior Ministry

Human rights groups called on motorists throughout Georgia to express protest against Interior Minister Vano Merabishvili by honking horns at 6 pm local time on March 16.

On March 17 human rights groups, as well as opposition parties plan to hold a protest rally outside the Interior Ministry to demand Merabishvili resignation over high-profile murder scandal.
