Sokhumi Holds Military Exercises

Staff and command exercises of the breakaway Abkhaz armed forces were launched on February 20, Apsnypress news agency reported.

Anatoly Zaytsev, chief of staff of the Abkhaz armed forces, said that the exercises ?will cover the entire region.?

?In early March we plan to hold military exercises for reserve forces,? he added.
