Snow, Ice Cause Chaos on Tbilisi Roads

Ice and snow have covered roads in Tbilisi, sending cars sliding and causing chaos on the roads in the Georgian capital on Wednesday.

The Tbilisi Municipality officials said that road maintenance measures are currently underway and that workers are spreading salt and sand on roads. But they have also urge motorists to refrain from making ?non-emergency trips.?
