Parliament Approves New Vice-Speaker

On November 11 the Georgian Parliament unanimously approved Jemal Inaishvili, parliamentarian from the Adjara Autonomous Republic?s Batumi constituency, as the second Vice-Speaker of the Parliament.  

The Parliament already has one Vice-Speaker, MP Mikheil Machavariani from the ruling National Movement party.

The representatives from the Parliament?s opposition factions did not participate in the voting.
