Border Guard Chiefs from Black Sea Countries Meet in Tbilisi

Chiefs of the border and coast guard services from the six Black Sea countries are holding a summit in Tbilisi to discuss regional cooperation on October 3-5.

Officials from the border and coast guard services from Bulgaria, Georgia, Russia, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine will discuss cooperation in combating illegal navigation in the Black Sea and will also launch testing of information exchange systems between these countries.
