New Abkhaz Navy Commander Appointed

Aleksander Voinski was appointed as the new Commander of breakaway Abkhazia’s Navy on July 7, Abkhaz news agency Apsnipress reported.

According to the Georgian media, Voinski, who replaced Zurab Gitsba, previously served as Deputy Secretary of the Abkhaz National Security Council.
