Chief of Zestaponi Administration Arrested

Police arrested Chief of Administration of a western Georgian town of Zestaponi on alleged bribe-taking charges on June 8.

?This is an unprecedented case, when such a high ranking official is arrested for alleged corruption charges,? Deputy Prosecutor General Kakha Koberidze said at a news briefing on June 8.
