UNHRC’s Special Rapporteur Visits Georgia

Manfred Nowak, UN Human Rights Commissioner’s Special Rapporteur on Torture, will arrive in Georgia on a seven-day working visit on 19 February.

The Special Rapporteur will hold talks with the representatives of the relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as international organizations.
