Interior, Agriculture Ministers Replaced in South Ossetia

President of breakaway South Ossetia Eduard Kokoev appointed Arkady Kelekhsaev as the new Interior Minister of the unrecognized republic, replacing Robert Guliyev, reported the South Ossetian Press and Information Committee on January 17.

Kokoev also appoint Aleksander Pukhaev as the new Agriculture Minister, replacing Victor Sheverdov.
