Georgia’s Ambassador to Armenia Approved

With a 137 to 1 vote, the Parliament approved Revaz Gachechiladze as Georgia’s Ambassador to Armenia on December 28.
 
Revaz Gachechiladze has served as Georgian Ambassador to Israel for the past six years.
 
Recently, Professor Revaz Gachechiladze contended for the position of Tbilisi State University’s Rector but withdrew his candidacy shortly before the elections.
