Tbilisi Premier Resigns

Premier of the capital city Tbilisi Bidzina Bregadze announced his resignation on December 7.

?I will take a new post in the government,? he said at a news briefing on December 7, but refrained from specifying his future position.

The Georgian media has speculated about strained relations between Bidzina Bregadze and Tbilisi Mayor Zurab Tchiaberashvili. However, both of them have denied these accusations.
