Zhvania, Abashidze to Discuss Distribution of Constitutional Powers

President Saakashvili will dispatch Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania to Adjara next week to discuss with the leader of the Autonomous Republic Aslan Abashidze draft of distribution of constitutional powers between the region and central authorities.
 
“We are ready to start a dialogue over distribution of powers between the central government and the Autonomous Republic. This issue should be settled once and forever,” President Saakashvili said on April 2.
