Georgia Detained Two Armed Men on Russo-Georgian Border
Georgian border guards detained on October 23 two armed persons, who crossed a Dagestanian section of the Russo-Georgian border illegally.
As the Georgian Border Guard Department reports, the both persons were citizens of the Russian Federation and residents of Dagestan.
According to the Georgian Border Guard Department, these two persons are alleged militants, who were fighting against Russian Federal Troops in Chechnya.
