US Official Meets Georgian President

(Tbilisi February 10, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Stephen G. Rademaker, Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control meets Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze today.

According to unofficial reports the possibility of use of the Georgian military airbases by the US forces in the campaign against Iraq.

Today Georgian President reiterated his support towards the US war against Iraq. Stephan G. Rademaker said today that the US appreciates Georgia’s support.
