Opposition Parties Sign an Ethic Code

(Tbilisi, December 23, 2002. Civil Georgia) – Five opposition parties: United Democrats, National Movement, National-Democratic Party, Traditionalists and Peoples Party signed today an ethic code.

The ethic code states several provisions that these parties should obey on the eve of the upcoming Parliamentary elections in 2003.

To act in accordance to the elections code and not to cooperate with the government and pro-Presidential parties – these are the main provisions of the ethic code.
