Criminal Threatens to Kill Hostages

(Tbilisi, Civil Georgia, August 19, 2002) – The police negotiate with person who robbed the jewelry store in the center of Tbilisi and took four hostages today.

The criminal has already released one hostage. He threatens to explode a bomb and kill three remained hostages.

After the robbery a criminal hijacked a minibus with three passengers. The police could stop him in Mtskheta, near Tbilisi.
