November 9 – Last Day for Electing Parliamentary Chairman
(Tbilisi. November 8. Civil Georgia) – Debates over the Parliamentary Chariman Candidature was delayed by tomorrow. The procedure was to be started today and the polling be held on November 9, which is the last day for electing the Chariman.
There are three candidates on the post right now. They are head of the foreign affairs parliamentary committee Nino Burjanadze, newly elected independent MP Vazha Lortkipanidze, and leader of the faction Revival Jemal Gogitidze. It is though that the Industialists might propose candidature of Davit Salaridze, the faction member.
