Opposition Protests Outside Russian Embassy

Activists and leaders from the opposition Republican, Conservative and Industrialist political parties, along with a number of local civil society groups, held a protest rally outside the Russian Embassy in Tbilisi on October 4.

Protesters said that the rally was a demonstration of ?Georgian society?s unity? against the background of Russia?s mounting pressure on Georgia.
