USAID Builds New Office in Tbilisi

A groundbreaking ceremony for USAID?s new office in Didi Digomi, suburb of Tbilisi, on the grounds of the U.S. Embassy compound was held on May 31.

U.S. Ambassador John Tefft, USAID Mission Director Bob Wilson, and Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava were present at the ceremony.

This year USAID marks fifteenth year anniversary in Georgia. More than USD 800 million has been invested through USAID in Georgia since 1992.
