OSCE Mission Condemns Blast in Tskhinvali

The Head of the OSCE Mission to Georgia, Ambassador Roy Reeve condemned those responsible for a bomb explosion on July 14 in Tskhinvali in which two young people died and others were wounded.

Two teenagers died and four other civilians were badly injured after an explosive installed on a tree near a house of South Ossetian military official went off at approximately 9 am local time, the South Ossetian Press and Information Committee reported.
