Opposition Boycotts Parliamentary Session

(Tbilisi, June 4 2003, Civil Georgia) – The opposition Parliamentary factions refuse to attend the Parliamentary session, as they claim ?there is no reason to participate in the session any more.?

Opposition leaders say that the pro-governmental Parliamentary factions refuse to make any concessions over the composition of the Central Election Commission.
